3. User Obligations & Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:

✅ Provide clear access to pickup and delivery locations
✅ Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
✅ Maintain account security and not share credentials
✅ Notify us of any item restrictions or special handling needs
✅ Compensate us for damages caused by non-disclosure of item details
📌 Important: You are responsible for disclosing all information about your items, including prohibited, fragile, or hazardous materials. Failure to disclose may result in service refusal or additional charges.
4. Booking Terms
4.1 Booking Process
All bookings require complete and accurate information
A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email
You will receive a Booking ID for reference and tracking
Our team will contact you to confirm details and schedule the survey
4.2 Survey & Quotation
A free pre-move survey will be conducted at your location
Survey helps in accurate weight calculation and quotation
Quotation will be provided within 24 hours of survey
Final charges may vary based on actual items and distance
4.3 Booking Confirmation
Booking is confirmed only after payment of advance/full amount
Moving date can be scheduled after payment confirmation
We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances
5. Pricing & Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing Structure
Charges are based on: Distance, Volume/Weight, Service type, Additional services
Quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance
Price may increase if actual weight/volume exceeds estimate
Additional charges apply for: Extra stops, Stairs/Lifts, Storage, Special handling
5.2 Payment Methods & Terms
We accept: Credit/Debit cards, Net banking, UPI, Digital wallets
Payment information is processed securely through encrypted channels
All payments are handled directly on our secure platform
Full payment or advance amount must be paid before service delivery
Receipts will be provided for all transactions
Outstanding balance must be settled before moving begins
Privacy Note: Your payment data is NOT shared with external third-party payment processors
5.3 Taxes & Additional Charges
All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise
Additional charges for: Night services, Weekend/Holiday bookings, Overtime labor
Fuel surcharges may apply based on prevailing rates
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
6.1 Cancellation by Customer

More than 30 days before moving date
100% refund minus 5% processing fee
15-30 days before moving date
75% refund minus 10% processing fee
7-14 days before moving date
50% refund minus 15% processing fee
Less than 7 days before moving date
No refund
6.2 Cancellation by Company
JUST Packers & Movers may cancel a booking if:
The booking contains fraudulent information
Items include illegal or hazardous materials
Customer violates any terms of this agreement
Unforeseen circumstances prevent service delivery
In case of cancellation by Company, 100% refund will be provided within 7-10 business days.
6.3 Rescheduling
Moving dates can be rescheduled with at least 7 days' notice at no additional cost. Rescheduling within 7 days may incur a 10% rescheduling fee.
7. Liability & Damage Claims
7.1 Goods Liability
We exercise utmost care in handling your belongings
Standard liability covers basic protection during transit
Optional insurance is available for additional coverage
Customers are responsible for proper packing of fragile items unless packed by us
7.2 Damage Claims Procedure
Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Claims are assessed and processed within 7-14 days
Compensation is limited to the insurance coverage purchased
⚠️ Liability Limitations: Our liability is limited to the actual value of goods or insurance coverage, whichever is less. Claims must be substantiated with evidence.
8. Disclaimers & Limitations
8.1 Service Availability
We do not guarantee service availability on all dates or for all locations. Services are subject to:

8.2 No Warranty
Our services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

We are not liable for: Loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services.
